Hy-Pro donates sports, toys and outdoor equipment to In Kind Direct

Hy-Pro International has revealed that between January and June this year it donated three pallets of sports, toys and outdoor equipment to In Kind Direct for redistribution to UK charities working at home and abroad.

The goods have an estimated retail value of over £3,000. Since joining forces with In Kind Direct in 2011, Hy-Pro has donated 15 pallets of goods, with a total estimated retail value of over £15,000.

One of the charities benefitting from Hy-Pro’s products is The East London Centre for Movement, Gymnastics and Dance. The gym uses products sources from In Kind Direct for a variety of activities, with Hy-Pro donating backpacks, sport bags and wrist bands.

In Kind Direct was founded in 1996 by The Prince of Wales to provide an efficient and easy way for manufacturers and retailers to donate their products to good causes. They redistribute surplus goods from manufacturers and retailers to UK charities working at home and abroad.
