Toolkit offers parents and children advice and activities to keep maintain Back to School momentum at home

LeapFrog’s Back to School toolkit goes live

LeapFrog has launched a new Back to School toolkit to help families prepare for the challenges of a new academic year.

Following the success of the firm’s first ever Summer School programme, the new toolkit offers support and expert advice for parents with children aged four to nine.

Now live on the official Leapfrog UK website, Back to School offers tips on how to balance work life around school routines and forms part of LeapFrog UK’s autumn initiative to encourage home learning practises.

With a host of printable exercises for children to download, the kit aims to keep the Back to School momentum going at home and is designed to challenge and develop key curriculum skills in an engaging way.

Sally Plumridge, LeapFrog UK’s international marketing director, said: "As September can be such a whirlwind for families, we wanted to create a one stop shop for parents and their children to help ease any confusion at this back to school time.

"We have bite-size tips for Mum and Dad, fun challenges for kids, as well as guidance on how to create home ‘work zones’ to motivate children during out of school hours.

"This initiative combined with our wealth of educator approved learning toys such as LeapReader, our new reading and writing solution, demonstrates our unswerving commitment to fuelling kids passion for learning as well as supporting parents during this exciting journey.”
