Mega Brands launches Hot Wheels range with Facebook competition

Mega Brands is launching the Mega Bloks Hot Wheels collection with a social media campaign running throughout September.

An exclusive competition, running until September 30th on the official Mega Bloks® Facebook page, is inviting children and parents to design their dream car. Facebook users will vote for the best design which will then be built by Mega Bloks Hot Wheels.

“Mega Bloks Hot Wheels is an extremely important new range for us, as the only construction vehicle toy line featuring all-new Team Hot Wheels Micro Action Figures," said Pete Fuller, European marketing manager for Mega Brands.

"Our range features buildable vehicles and play sets with multiple build and rebuild options, smash and crash features, and customisable parts, plus 12 unique and collectible characters to help drive collectability among boys.”

Daniel Davis, European digital marketing manager for Mega Brands, added: “Facebook is key to engaging with our fans, and our latest competition will inspire creativity and originality via the fantastic, one-of-a-kind prize to see their own car design built.”
