Ingo Devices launches new online customer support service

Ingo Devices has launched its online Support Centre, publishing its online users most frequently asked questions for the firms technical products. is launching to aid customers of the Spain-based company that specialises in production, distribution and trade of children’s licensed electronic products.

The firm’s licensed portfolio includes the likes of Monster High, Hello Kitty, Minnie Mouse and Peppa Pig.

The new online Support Centre is available in Spanish, English and French and encompasses the different user manuals as well as featuring the most frequently asked questions to the company’s Technical Assistant Service.

The support website is designed to research information and to streamline responses to the most frequently asked questions.
