New EU toy safety laws come into force

New EU toy safety laws came into effect on Saturday July 20th.

These enhancements to the laws mean toy companies will now need new compliance strategies that will move away from finished product testing.

A new emphasis means that companies will also need to investigate their materials and the chemical content of those materials.
