Marbel has signed a deal with Arklu to become the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor of Arklu’s Lottie dolls range.
The Lottie range of dolls is aimed at girls aged between three and nine and doesn’t wear makeup or jewelry so to champion the idea that kids shouldn’t grow up too quickly.
“We are very excited about our partnership with Marbel.” says Ian Harkin, Arklu’s Managing Director.
“Lottie fits perfectly with Marbel’s range, they are an ambitious company focusing on brand building, and we look forward to a long and fruitful relationship together.”
This year the range is made up of 12 dolls, one pony, six accessory packs and six outfits.
“We have followed the extensive press coverage that Lottie has received since launching,” added Marbel marketing manager Phil Nelson.
“We have been actively looking to have an offering in this category for some time so the timing is perfect for us, the brand values and customer fit perfectly with our retailer base and our current offering.”
Arklu will be embarking on a significant awareness program in late August, targeting both the retailer in selling the product and awareness amongst the public.
The Lottie dolls range will launch on the Marbel Stand at the Harrogate Home and Gift Show 2013 which runs from July 14th to July 17th.
