Firm to launch range of products after securing deal with FIFA.

Hy-Pro scores with 2014 World Cup licence

Hy-Pro International is to launch a range of products for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

The new agreement struck with FIFA will see the company developing a range of footballs, accessories and luggage items. It includes distribution into selected European territories.

Hy-Pro was also a licence holder at the last World Cup in 2010, and has already begun development of the product line and will incorporate the four key graphic elements: Core, Classic, Teams and Mascot.

The firm will be exclusively showing the line for the first time at Distoy in London next week.

"FIFA 2014 is a great licence to add to our portfolio in the category of footballs and accessories," said Atul Shah, Hy-Pro MD. "FIFA is a global brand and gives us exposure on an international level, and from the feedback we are getting from retailers the 2014 World Cup in Brazil will be a massive event."
