Fletchers steps down at Youngsters

Fletcher had been with the company since January 1996 and was instrumental in overseeing the  development of the business over the last 11 years.

Simon Lake, who has been working closely with Fletcher since the beginning of the year, will assume the role of finance director. 

In a statement, Youngsters said: "The Board wishes to express its thanks to Alan for his contribution and to convey to him their very best wishes for the future."
