The firm has been awarded $12,250,000 in lost profits and royalties.
Zuru has prevailed in its patent infringement action in the US for its Bunch O Balloons brand.
The firm has succeeded in its case against Telebrands and subsidiary Bulbhead.com, one of the largest telemarketing companies in the US.
A jury verdict in favour of plaintoffs Zuru and Tinnus Enterprises found that Telebrands Battle Balloon product line, including Balloon Bonanza HD and Battle Balloon Colour Burst, wilfully infringed US patents.
Zuru has been awarded lost profits and reasonable royalty damages in the amount of $12,250,000
