Heliball has risen to become a top ten toy according to the latest NPD sales figures and will now enjoy a 600 plus TVR campaign for the UK and Ireland, courtesy of Generation Media.

Wow! Stuff has appointed Generation Media to handle its media planning and buying account as the firm prepares to launch its new Heliball TV ad.

“We are delighted to be working with Wow! Stuff,” said Lauren Coombs, acting managing director at Generation Media.

“Its Heliball brand is storming the sales charts and Wow! Stuff is an industry leading company when it comes to creating innovation in tier one licensed brands. We cannot wait to help them execute a very exciting and innovative marketing and communications stragegy for Heliball.”

Wow! Stuff has since outlined its plans to build its Heliball to the ‘number one position for entry level flying RC toys.’

“We chose Generation Media because of the team’s specialist and in-depth knowledge of kids’ TV advertising and their belief they have the know how to ensure we can lead the sub-category of entry price point RC,” added Wow! Stuff CEO, Richard North.

Earlier this year, Generation Media was awarded the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising Continuous Professional Development Platinum award.
