LEGO will roll out 15 unique construction sets as part of a worldwide merchandising campaign.
WBCP and LEGO Group have revealed the licensing and merchandising programme for the upcoming animated movie The LEGO Ninjago Movie, The LEGO Movie and The LEGO Batman Movie, which will be hitting theaters worldwide, beginning September 22, 2017.
The full-line up of partners for the multi-category campaign features big names in everything from apparel, accessories, costumes, toys, publishing, stationery, home décor, party goods and more.
The LEGO Group will bring 15 original construction sets to retail, bringing to life scenes from the film including the Spinjitzu Training Dojo, Ninjago City Chase, Master Falls, Manta Ray Bomber, “Garmadon, Garmadon, GARMADON!,” and the intricate Ninjago City.

Global retailers such as Walmart, Target, Toys ‘R’ Us, and many more, will support the animated adventure through various programs, product displays and all-inclusive ‘retailtainment’ offerings, including in-store events and exclusive products.
The programme will be supported worldwide by licensees and retailers, with UK retail partners including Argos, Asda, Toys R Us and Sainsburys.
Amazon will also support the film across all European territories, featuring its branded shop dedicated to The LEGO Ninjago Movie. In France, FNAC and Joué Club will support the action-packed film; along with Toys Center and Carrefour in Italy; Juguettos just in Spain; and Toys’R‘Us, FNAC and El Corte Inglés in Spain and Portugal; Toyzz Shop in Turkey; Detsky Mir in Russia; key retailer Top Toy Group in the Nordics; and Müller and Kaufhof in Germany – including an assortment of in-store themed displays, promotions, contests, events, photo opportunities, and more.
