Toy brand building workshop hailed a success

Toy Marketing Academy will return next year following last Friday's session.

The toy brand building workshop moderated by ToyNews columnist Steve Reece was a success.

On Friday, November 2nd, toy trade staff from leading companies attended the Toy Brand Building Workshop.

The Workshop was attended by Jenna Cooper, Rachel Brierton and Kledia Gjini of Vivid Imaginations, and Andrew Brown of Flair.

Reece told ToyNews: "We had a great session on Friday, covering all kinds of topics from how to define and build toy brand identity, how to map your brands against the competition, and the part marketing plays in the building of toy brands.

"We're also looking at how we offer this course in an electronic format as a Christmas charity fund raiser... watch this space."

The event will run again in the first half of next year.
