The Entertainer launches into personalised toys and gifts with Merchmaker

Consumers can now personalise products from across popular kids' brands such as PAW Patrol, Blaze and the Monster Machines and more.

The Entertainer has detailed the launch of a new personalised online store, allowing shoppers to customise their products.

The concept is the product of a collaboration with Merchamaker and allows the toy store to expand its existing range of products and licenses such as Marvel, LEGO and Star Wars.

The initiative has been launched in the wake of research that indicates that 36 per cent of consumers are interested in personalised products or services.

Through the partnership, customers can select from a range of designs, logos, patterns, placements and colours as well as add text to products such as children’s names.

‘This offers an exciting personalised shopping experience and takes the gifting of officially branded products to a whole new level,’ read a release from Merchamaker.

‘The partnership gives more choice and control to the consumers, whether for items purchased for themselves or as a gift.’

Among the brands now available for customisation is WWE, The Power Rangers, Thunderbirds Are Go as well as PAW Patrol, Blaze and the Monster Machines, JoJo Siwa, SpongeBob SquarePants, Beauty and the Beast, Spider-Man and Frozen.

Charlotte Clisby, chief commercial officer at the Evode Group, the team behind Merchamaker, said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with The Entertainer on what is a unique and exciting venture for all involved.

“The print on demand and personalisation business is growing significantly across the globe and The Entertainer will be at the forefront of this in the UK.”
