Spin Master is speeding up production on more than 30 million Bakugan products as retailers double orders to meet consumer demand.
 
The collectible action strategy game features more than 100 marbles that pop open into monster action figures when rolled onto game cards.
 
Anton Rabie, president and co-CEO of Spin Master said: "This is the biggest thing we have done in the 14 years since we started the company. It's amazing how fast the Bakugan trend has erupted in the US  It's on complete fire at every single level and the series has only been on Cartoon Network for a little more than three weeks."

The craze is set to hit the UK in autumn, with the TV series to be screened on Cartoon Network. The toy range includes Starter, Booster and Battle Packs and the official Battle Arena and Launcher, with prices ranging between £3.99 and £29.99.
