Skylanders Imaginators coming to Nintendo Switch in March

The toys-to-life game will launch with the system on March 3rd.

Skylanders Imaginators will be available on the Nintendo Switch at the console's launch, it has been announced.

Revealed at the Nintendo Switch's reveal event in Tokyo last Friday, the toys-to-life franchise will make its debut on the console with a starter pack including the game, Master King Pen and Golden Queen Sensei figures, and a fire element Creation Crystal, retailing at $59.99 in the US.

A new feature has been announced for the Switch version of the game in the form of the Skylander digital library, a system that will allow players to access their entire library of up to over 300 figures, even while playing on-the-go.

A new Skylanders Imaginators level pack will also launch in March 2017. The Cursed Tiki Temple will come with a new Sensei figure, called Wild Storm, a life Creation Crystal, and an Imaginite Mystery Chest with customisation items.

The level will launch at $29.99 and will have over 100 new customisation items for original Skylander characters.
