Mattel teams up with the theme park and launches a new competition website.
Polly Pocket held a party for the parenting press at Chessington World of Adventures Resort to celebrate a nationwide competition which will see Polly Pocket partnering with the theme park to offer prizes to families.
On Wednesday 11th, party guests tried out the competition hub at www.pollypocketbestdayever.co.uk, which has activities for girls as well as an interactive map which offers mums advice on the best family days out throughout the UK.
The website forms the hub of a whole year marketing campaign and aims to bring to life the brand’s values of fun, friends and adventure. Other campaign activity will take place across TV, print and online.
As part of the party, guests enjoyed a talk from Gary Pope, founder of specialist research agency Kids Industries, who shared research on the way girls play today and the unique positioning that gives Polly Pocket real standout in a competitive marketplace.
