Pixar reveals first trailer for latest animated feature, Coco

Described as ‘a love letter to Mexico’, the feature follows Miguel, a young boy captivated by the musicianship of the dead guitar player Ernesto de la Cruz.

Disney Pixar has released the first trailer for its latest animated film, Coco.

Described as ‘a love letter to Mexico’, the feature follows Miguel, a young boy captivated by the musicianship of the dead guitar player Ernesto de la Cruz.

When he stumbles across Ernesto’s enchanted guitar, Miguel is whisked off to the Land of the Dead and on a journey into his family history.

Coco is directed by Lee Unkrich, the name behind Pixar’s UP and Toy Story 3 and is scheduled to hit theatres on November 22 in the US and December 8 in the UK.
