Orchard Toys sees in successful golf GAP Day

Following the success of this year’s event, the GAP Day will return to Burghley Park next year.

This April, 47 players representing all corners of the toy trade returned to Burghley Park Golf Club to take part in the 15th annual GAP Day.

Now sponsored by Orchard Toys, on the day the team with the highest score included Keith Elmer, Graham Hurrell, Stephen Woodman and Dave Martin.

Meanwhile, Stuart Nicholas of Nicholas Agencies won best gross and longest drive and Orchard Toys’ export manager, Mary Watson, won best lady.

Paul Pike, now retired from his role as operations manager at Orchard Toys, was the individual winner after he successfully used his joker card to score 42 points.
