Kurio unveils the 4S Touch

Smaller addition to the line sees Kurio enter the personal Android market.

The Kurio line of Android tablets is to be extended with the addition of the Kurio 4S Touch.

The new product - which sees Kurio move into the personal Android market - has a four-inch screen size, pre-loaded content and is fully featured with multimedia capabilities.

Featuring a dual core processor, multimedia features include an audio player, HD video player, voice recorded, 0.3 Mpx front camera and 2 Mpx back camera. It also has Android 4.2 supported eBook reader and office document reader.

The Kurio 4S Touch comes ready to use with pre-loaded content for kids including educational games and applications, eBooks, communication applications such as Skype and games like Angry Birds and Bin Weevil's Tink's Blocks.

It also has 4GB internal storage memory and a micro SD extension port.

As with other Kurio products, the 4S Touch comes with its own specific KurioGenius Parental Controls.

"The Kurio 4S Touch is the perfect addition to the Kurio brand - it is personal and portable whilst still containing all of the great features of a Kurio tablet, making it very appealing to teens who want their own device.

"Meanwhile, it is an ideal device for parents who want to ensure their children's access and usage of the product can be managed; with the new and improved Kurio Genius parent control, consumers can be sure that the 4S Touch is in keeping with the brand that they have grown to trust."
