Over 1,000 toy factories now use the ICPS platform to share audit data with multiple customers, helping to drive efficiencies and reduce audit duplication and fatigue.
ICTI CARE’s responsible sourcing platform, ICPS, is now used by over 1,000 toy factories, less than one year since its launch.
Toy factories use the ICPS platform to share audit data with multiple customers, helping to drive efficiencies and reduce audit duplication and fatigue, as well as providing real time updates, downloadable audit reports, and detailed ICTI CARE certification information to brands and retailers across the global toy industry.
“It’s great to see brands and retailers benefiting from our ICPS technology,” said Tom van Haaren, ICTI CARE’s senior advisor for responsible sourcing.
“With the holiday season approaching and the toy industry supply chain facing increased scrutiny from stakeholders, companies need instant access to real-time data on social compliance issues that can be shared with buyers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of their products.”
In addition to accessing detailed online audit reports for existing ICTI CARE Certified factories, ICPS also provides an Ethical Sourcing Tool which enables toy brands to search ICTI CARE’s Global Factory Database to search for other Certified toy factories. Users can search for new toy factories based on any number of criteria including product type, certification class, and location down to the state level.
