Firm signs exclusive sector distribution agreement for new 2012 Zeon Tech lines.
Zeon and BBTradesales now have a joint standing in the market for new lines for May 2012, bringing smartphone technology to the toy and gift markets with Bigtrak XTR, iAppCade, SmartSafe, Dr Who SmartSafe and the Tardis SmartSafe (pictured), winner of a Best Product Award at January’s Toy Fair.
Zeon and BBTradesales have enjoyed a strong working relationship for over five years, with their first major partnership venture taking place in 2009 with the re-launch of the hit 1980’s six-wheeled rover – Bigtrak.
This year, the partnership has expanded with an exclusive distribution agreement signed for five key lines for spring/summer 2012. The products BBTradesales will be distributing include the Bigtrak XTR; the iAppcade - a desktop arcade unit designed for the iPhone and iPod Touch; the SmartSafe is a desktop safe that can be unlocked using a smartphone. Once unlocked fully licensed Star Wars sound and light effects begin.
The Tardis SmartSafe uses the same smartphone technology to unlock the safe door and also includes fully licensed Dr Who sound and light effects. This product was awarded the Best Product Award at January’s Toy Fair.
Sales director, Simon Gilham, of Zeon, said: "Zeon are very much looking forward to furthering our strong working partnership with BBTradesales. We believe the company is a great fit for us at Zeon with innovation, fun and market knowledge at its core."
Product lines will be available for retail order at BBTradesales from this month.
Managing director, Ian Williams, of Bunkerbound commented: "We are delighted to have concluded this distribution deal with Zeon, and look forward to bringing product to market for our key customer accounts."
BBTradesales is now taking pre-orders for the range.
