As a producer, you will be responsible for delivering the product development strategy for the Penguin Production department - including gathering and prioritising business requirements in this area, agreeing component purchasing strategy and maintaining a component supplier base with a focus on CSR, as well as handling component scale negotiations.

You will also play a pivotal role in trouble shooting issues on novelty products and actively share your expertise to help broaden the team’s knowledge.
