Bungees, the latest blind-bag craze from collectables specialist Magic Box Int, is set to record £3 million in retail sales before the end of this year.

The projection comes off the back of strong sales during the product's first six months on shelves.

Since its launch in January the brand has been backed by with a heavyweight TV advertising campaign delivering over 1,000 TVRS to boys aged between four and nine – more than any other individual boys product, according to UK Bungees distributor Esdevium.

“Bungees have sold exceptionally well so far in 2012. The product stands out in a crowded marketplace and we have some really exciting developments to come in September 2012” said Magic Box Int’s, Ben Harper.
