Flair partners with Eureka to host special area throughout six-week summer holidays.
GP Flair has revealed a partnership with Eureka, the National Children's Museum in Halifax, for a special summer Geomag promotion.
A special Geomag construction area will be open every Sunday in the museum's theatre as part of Science Sunday. This is just one of seven different themes running throughout the summer at the museum.
As part of the event, crates of Geomag components will be available for children to construct and build. Visitors will also be asked to vote for their favourite structure or building, and to also draw one of their own. The winner will see their ideas built by professional Geomag sculptors at the attraction in the autumn.
"We are delighted to have Geomag as part of our awesome six weeks summer Playfest," said Tom Warman, director of marketing and development from Eureka. "It adds a new 3D dimension to our programme of activities and fits perfectly with Science Sundays, as children will be able to discover the principles of magnets in an incredibly hands-on way."
Flair's Andrew Brown added: "Creating the Geomag area at Eureka was an ideal opportunity for us to demonstrate the unique construction properties of the Geomag kits. The hands-on play will ensure massive brand awareness amongst tens of thousands of children throughout the summer, whilst the added bonus of creating a 'children's choice' display of Geomag Structures on site will add to the reach through the autumn."
