Disney-Pixar's Brave joins LeapFrog line-up

New licensed titles for the LeapPad, Leapster and Tag Reading System platforms.

Joining LeapFrog’s ever-expanding software library is Brave. The electronic learning company has released a cartridge which is playable on both the LeapPad and Leapster Explorer platforms, as well as a new Brave story book for its Tag Reading System.

The Brave (£19.99 RRP) game is designed for children aged four to nine years. With the story's main character, the ginger haired Princess Merida, kids can discover science and geography as they learn more than 100 life science facts, while solving nature puzzles in a world of plants and animals.

Also available is the Brave Learn to Read game for the Tag Reading System, which helps children learn advanced vocabulary and word-building while following the story of Princess Merida.

Robert Dekker, Senior Marketing Manager EMEA and Australasia commented: “Our license with Disney enables us to continually develop exciting new software for our connected range of products. The new Brave movie has been highly anticipated by young film fans nationwide, so we’re very excited to be launching new cartridge games, apps and books to coincide with the film launch this year.”

Brave has been out in the US for a couple of weeks and is set to premiere in the UK on July 15th.
