The Hornby brand has signed a worldwide licence with Mind Candy.
The agreement will see Corgi produce both Moshi Monster pin badges and die-cast vehicles and the first series of pin badges, based on the six monsters; Katsuma, Diavlo, Furi, Luvli, Poppet and Zommer, will be with a number of retailers this week.
Retailers have shown a strong interest in Hornby’s latest licensed product with a strong demand for the Moshi pin badges from national retailers, department stores and grocers alike.
Hornby also has the licence to manufacture Moshi die-cast vehicles, which will hit the market later this year.
