The toy maker unveils a list of predicted best-sellers across a range of categories.
Hasbro has divided the 12 toys into five categories: girls, boys, pre-school, games and outdoor
The star of pre-school is Let’s Rock Elmo, a feature plush that sings, dances and plays a variety of instruments which are sold separately.
This autumn/winter Hasbro will introduce a new construction brick range called Kre-o, the initial line-up compromised of only Transformers sets and Bumblebee is expected to be the most popular.
Also in Transformers, the Ultimate Optimus Prime is an updated version of this popular toy from Christmas past.
For girls the Littlest Pet Shop Tree House provides a home for the collectable toys, and Furreal Cookie My Playful Pup is a deluxe, animated plush dog.
The Nerf property has been further developed with Nerf Vortex Nitron – a new ammo system that fires disc projectiles. The new range is complementary to the Dart Tag system which will continue.
