Douglas joins the sales team to work on the company’s latest addition to the portfolio, The Toy Workshop Collection. She will be the point of contact for advice on or placing orders for the personalised letters.

The new recruit is an experienced telesales executive and has previously been self-employed offering bespoke telemarketing campaigns for a variety of clients in various sectors of the market.
