Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has reached $387.3 million in global ticket sales in first five days.
In the US, the Paramount and DreamWorks' film, in association with Hasbro topped Spider-Man 2's five day record sales at $201.2 million.
The film also came close to the best five-day sales of all time generated by The Dark Knight, which posted $203.8 million in ticket sales.
The second installment based on the Hasbro toy property currently has promotions running with Kmart, Burger King, Mars Snackfood U.S. and others.
Jem Sportswear recently launched an apparel line, while F.A.B. Starpoint was signed for watches, clocks and backpacks. Activision has released a game for Xbox 360, Playstation 2 and 3, Wii, Playstation Portable, Nintendo DS and Windows PC.
