The firm is looking to recruit an assistant product engineer.
Vivid is one of the UK’s leading independent toy, games and gift product developers, with a turnover approaching £110 million.
The firm works on many licensed properties in the child and teen entertainment market such as Crayola, Roary the Racing Car, Fifi and the Flowertots, Disney and many more.
The new assistant product engineer will need to be a design engineering graduate with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification and one or two years experience in product development and/or the toy industry. An interest in electronics would also be a bonus.
The role involves coordinating the engineering design process to production and working closely with a vibrant team of internal/external partners, including the Hong Kong office.
Vivid is an entrepreneurial, fast moving, market-driven culture, so the ability to work independently as well as in a team is critical.
The successful candidate will also need to be highly creative, proactive, work well under pressure and be proficient in project management.
Interested parties should email a CV, covering letter and salary expectations to info@vividimag.co.uk for the attention of Jonny Henton, Development & QA Director.
