Both Mattel and Hasbro have now signed up to compete in the ToyNews Fives tournament.
The industry's two biggest suppliers and fierce rivals will add spice to a line-up that already includes Lego, Firebox, Flair, Mega Brands, Tomy, MGA and Hit Entertainment.
The five-a-side football tournament takes place on July 10th at the Power League site in Barnet, North London, with £100 from every entry going to the Toy Trust industry charity.
