As a result, Cranium’s brands including Cranium, Cranium Cadoo, Cranium Hullabaloo and Cranium Cariboo, Cranium Zooreka, Cranium Whoonu and Cranium Balloon Lagoon will join Hasbro’s extensive portfolio of games and toys.

Final financial details have not yet been disclosed, however, the original deal included Hasbro paying a base purchase price of $77.5 million.
