Latest circulation figures have rammed home the current dominance of ToyNews.
In terms of ABC-audited print and Google-measured web traffic, ToyNews has a clear lead.
For the 12 months to June 30th, the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) has confirmed that total net average circulation for ToyNews print edition was 6,068.
This figure is 39.4 per cent higher than its nearest rival.
ToyNews also has a requested or paid-for circulation that is 40.6 per cent higher than any other title.
“Considering that our rival has such a low circulation, it is even more impressive that our requested level is so much higher than theirs,” said ToyNews publisher Stuart Dinsey. “This demonstrates how hard we work to ensure that ToyNews is a magazine worth receiving.”
ToyNews also has many feature benefits, such as an exclusive relationship with NPD for industry data, TV spend data from Thomson Intermedia and sister service The ToyNews Daily, which delivers at least five stories to over 7,000 trade recipients every day.
ToyNews also recently launched a new website, with a wide variety of essential content. September figures via metrics partner Google Analytics will be announced shortly.
“We’d like to thank everyone in the toy business for helping us take this leadership position. It is by talking to the market that we have developed our print, online and email solutions. We respond to market needs,” added Dinsey.
“This is a fantastic, dynamic market to be in. We will stay focused on a cross-media approach, delivering essential business information for everyone with a professional interest in toys. We now have a UK and international solution. These are exciting times.”
