  • Data entry and maintenance within Rights Logic in respect of the Mattel Licensing Rights In contracts covering Content Distribution (TV, Video, Live Events) & Consumer Products (Merchandise & Publishing)
  • Contract Management
  • Acquisition Management
  • Royalties Management
  • Financial management (scheduled invoicing and revenue recognition)
  • New user set-up
  • System Configurations (Assets, Territories, Customers, Channels etc)
  • Liaising with IT team to help resolve queries and meet the business calendar processing needs
  • Supporting the business teams with reporting from Rights Logic
  • Support the daily application needs of the world wide user community. 
  • Rights Logic (Intellectual Rights Management Software) modules including:
  • Rights Out
  • Finance
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Scheduled Invoicing
  • Administration
  • Analytics
  • Manage interfaces between Rights Logic and Oracle (& Oracle to Rights Logic)


  • Technical aptitude combined with functional knowledge
  • Understands file structures and layouts
  • Understands and able to pick up the business processes and knowledge
  • Understand how to analyse and document business and data flows from Rights Logic to Mattel systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills are a must
  • Excellent Communication skills are imperative, both verbal and written
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools:
  • MS Excel (Advanced skills)
  • Must have understanding of the Royalties process.
  • This position will require interaction throughout the organization, including:
  • Executive level – project management
  • Technical level – working with IT staff & external provider
  • User level – working with all levels of users in various functional departments
