Position Title: DEI, Licensing Sales Coordinator EMEA, Consumer Products

Working within the Consumer Products division of Discovery Enterprises International this candidate will be working closely with the Regional Director UK and EMEA providing sales support to theEuropean team but at the same time working with EMEA Licensees and Agents and key stakeholders within Discovery Networks CEEMEA and West.As part of an entrepreneurial team in a growing business, the role would suit an individual who can work to deadlines whilst under pressure in an exciting, dynamic and varied environment.
· Work with internal departments and external partners to coordinate the contract process; from deal proposal to contract signature, financial checks and trademark search requests and maintain internal tracking document.
· Create monthly status reports per Network region to update internal stakeholders on ongoing, and new, merchandise roll-out plans.
· Provide support for events and tradeshows to ensure all relevant materials are developedprinted (when required) and meetings, travel and itineraries are in place.
· Work with internal departments and external partners to manage the Royalty report tracking system; ensuring all royalty reports are collected and tracked accordingly.
· Provide administration support to the Licensing Director, including database maintenance, maintenance and delivery of monthly status reports, finance reports, meeting schedules and expense submissions.
· Work with International Sales and Marketing Executive to ensure all Licensee Lists and Agents lists are kept updated.
· Act as point of contact for agents and Licensees for general, Brand and programme information and legal and finance updates and requirements.
· Support sales teams, where required and be available to attend regional trade events subject to budget availability.
These are ‘musts’ for the role
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing environment, preferably in either Consumer Products, TV/Theatrical, home video, publishing or branded merchandise.
· BA/BS preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or International Affairs.
· Media background preferred with an international focus and brand management experience.
· Ability to develop strong working relationships with international clients and cross-cultural awareness.
· Ability to communicate at all levels and confident telephone manner.
· Fluent in written and spoken English: additional languages useful.
· Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
· Limited travel required (mostly in the UK)
