Our client is a multinational toy manufacturer recruiting a Business Development Manager for its collectable toy division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a national account manager or international sales manager to manage and grow an established business throughout Europe. The line of low priced collectibles is sold in blind packs in both retail as well as in dedicated vending machines. The Business Development Manager will have the sales responsibility for the UK and most of Europe, managing sales people, distributors and operators of vending machines. A key part of the job is to ensure that good new product is developed and made available in the right quantities at the right place and time.
Several years successful experience as a national account manager or international sales manager in the toy or related industries is necessary. An understanding or experience of working with European markets would be beneficial. The job will appeal to a commercially minded team player with good analytical and strategic planning skills. The remuneration includes a competitive salary, car allowance and performance based bonus.
